Personality 

The death of his mother has influenced his personality quite a bit. Seb tends to be quite skeptical nowadays and often wonders how many things that are told him are actually lies. He still cares about people but it takes him somewhat longer to actually connect to them and trust them. He quickly forms an opinion about people and it takes quite some effort for him to actually change his opinion. Not to say it never happens. He is willing to admit, grudgingly, that he made a mistake. This does mean that his circle of friends is rather small at the moment. He also has the habit of being brutally honest, or just saying nothing at all, often he does this so he won’t have to lie but sometimes just to see peoples reaction. This has gotten him intro trouble in the past.

He can appear to be pretty easy going when off duty but when he’s on the job he is completely focused (although he might not have the best bedside manners). Moreover, he can be annoying as hell if he wants (and if he doesn’t want to) and has a bit of a wicked streak. Pushing peoples buttons can be seen as one of his favorite past times but he usually doesn’t take it too far. He wants to stay alive, thank you very much.

Mannerisms:  When reading he tends to rub his temple. Has the habit to roll his eyes at people
Goals: save as many people as he can or make sure people don’t need saving anymore
History:
His mother died of an illness when he was 12 years old. The doctors kept telling him that she would be alright but it didn’t. He had a hard time forgiving the doctors for lying to him. Because of this he wanted to become a doctor, to save people and be better than the doctors that took care of his mom. It was also the start of his skepticism. He started to realize how often people lied.

Seb has two older brothers: James and Robin. His father is a hardworking man who is trying to support three boys and because of this is often away.  This meant that it was often Seb who prepared dinner after his mom passed away. Although in the beginning his meals were barely edible, by now he’s quite skilled in the kitchen. 

He broke his nose in a fight with his brother James when he was 14. (He still likes to use it as blackmail against him)

He hates reckless people because they make his job hell, however, he himself can be pretty reckless as well which is a bit hypocritical. He argues that for him it’s different because he’ll be the one stitching himself up.

Seb isn't really good at reading. He can do it but often quite slowly and with a lot of concentration. He has one favorite book, it is also one of the only books he has, which is a cook book he got from his mum. He treasures it and has spent many nights (trying) to read it.

He has a love hate relationship with his job. On the one hand he loves his job because he can help people, save lives and actually make a difference for people. On the other hand he hates the fact that his job is even needed.

He can fall asleep very easily and almost anywhere, however he usually doesn’t sleep very long and is plagued by nightmares about people he couldn’t safe.
